The CEO Of Wellspring Insurance Benefits
Richard has worked all facets of the death care industry. He started as a door to door burial site cemetery sales representative of the Fort Lincoln Cemetery in September 1979 in Brentwood, Maryland. After being there for over fifteen years Mr. Harold Marshall of the Marshalls Funeral Homes of Washington D.C. contracted Richard to design, build and operate a Pre Need funeral planning division the company. Within three years the company rose to one of the largest preneed funeral providers of the African American community in the entire country.
Richard is now the CEO of Wellspring Insurance Solutions, an independent Agency of Life Insurance Company since 2012.
